SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

When will it be shipped?
  • I try to ship orders twice a week, which unfortunately I can't always do.
  • Shipping Time: 3-15 days.
  • with tracking number
  • Of course, other shipping times apply to PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS (if there are pre-order products, this is usually under INFO)

How will it be shipped?

  • Up to DIN A4 in a cardboard envelope.
  • DIN A3 in a large cardboard envelope or slightly rolled in a box.
  • DHL or "deutsche Post"

How much is shipping?
  • EU: 4.99€
  • UK: 4.99€
  • USA: 7.99€
  • Non EU: 4.99€
  • Everywhere else: 8,99€

IMPORTANT!
Unfortunately, I do not ship some products via the shop because they are too big/heavy and the shipping costs would be too high.
The following products are affected:

  • XXL-PVC-Prints DIN A0 & DIN A1
  • Acrylic glass prints DIN A3 & DIN A2
p.s. If you would like to buy one of these products, please contact me. Shipping is possible, but unfortunately it costs a lot more, which I don't want to offer through the shop

Q&A:

Why is it taking so long to ship?
Shipping takes so long because most shipments are shipped by sea. (USA, Canada...)

What if I want to return goods?
If you want to return your order please contact me. 
Important: the customer bears the return costs.

Do I have to pay customs?
Customs duties
Any applicable customs fees are always directed to the recipient, which must be paid before delivery in order to receive the goods.It is the sole responsibility of the customer to find out about taxes, fees and customs duties that may apply when the shipment arrives in the recipient's country of destination.


What happens if I enter the wrong address or make a mistake?

If the address is wrong, I am not liable for the damage caused. If the order has already been shipped, there is nothing more I can do. If the order comes back to me, I can send it again, but I can't guarantee that.
If I haven't shipped the order yet, you can contact me as soon as possible and tell me the correct address.


Package / letter is damaged, what to do?
Refuse to accept the package and contact me right away.
Reason: If the acceptance is refused, it is documented that the package/letter was damaged and I can apply to DHL/Deutsche Post for a refund of the value of the goods.
If accepted: take photos before opening, then open and take photos of the damaged goods.
In this case I cannot guarantee a refund, as DHL / Deutsche Post could also assume that the recipient damaged the package/letter.
-> If you cannot prove with photos that the goods were already damaged when you received them: NO REFUND / REPLACEMENT
(My protection against scammers)

Why can't all products be shipped worldwide?
Unfortunately, I cannot ship large & heavy products worldwide, as shipping would then simply be far too expensive.
In individual cases it would of course be possible, but I don't want to offer such expensive shipping regularly via the shop.
So if you live outside of Germany / the EU and would like to have a large e.g. DIN A3 acrylic glass print, just write me using the contact form, preferably also to which country I would have to ship, then I will tell you the shipping costs.

COVID 19
Because of the worldwide pandemic caused by COVID 19, there might be a delay in shipping 
I do my best to  ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, if your order is delayed (caused by shipping), I apologize.
